The usage of the Products:
The products are suitable for the safety performance test of the electronic element. It can provide reliability test and product selection test. At the same time, through this test equipment, the customer can improve product reliability and control the product quality.
Product Structure:
All functions were controlled by computer, using the self-development software which has a good user interface, in this way, making it more simple and intuitive for the users to monitor and operate the product. The maintaining function allows you to keep the program which is running in the current condition. The customer can temporary change the data of the procedures and set the time parameters on the screen. All these functions can make the refrigeration, heating and the Blue transmission switch to each other automatically.
Cold box, hot-box can be controlled independently, as well as the box doors, this expands the use of the Chambers (one chamber three uses.)
Product’s temperature-keeping effect can be fully guaranteed.
The doors of the Chamber, the circulating fans and the tilan transfer can be interlocked to protect the safety of the operator. Once the doors open , the circle fans and the power of tilan transfer will be automatically cut off.
In the top of the box, there is standard lead-pipe, making it easy to introduce the sensor box lines, test cables and other types of lead line.
Control System:
Need less than or equal to 15 seconds to change Low-temperature zone to high-temperature zone.
Need less than or equal to five minutes to recover the temperature.
